All items ship in 3-5 business days. Your order may ship sooner. Please allow 5 business days for processing on newly added items.
All sales are final and non-refundable/ non-returnable.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:
1) Product is defective
2) Product must be unopened
3) Product must be in original packaging
4) Product must be unused
5) Product must not be damaged
Please note that to ensure the above criteria have been met, all returns for exchanges will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange.
In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain a Return MerchandiseAuthorization (RMA).
Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase.Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not do an exchange.
Sale and Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.
Returns can be mailed to PO Box 1371, Santee, SC 29142-9998. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs regarding the items you wish to exchange.
We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange.
Once in receipt of the package, the client has 3 days to contact NHP with damage or incorrect item claim. Photos and other info will be required to assist in the processing of the claim.
