Uses : Massage into sore muscles, the shoulders, chest area, lower back, neck or Feet. The essential oil (see our Five Thieves Oil) can be used in a diffuser and Inhaled to relieve congestion. Six to eight drops with distilled water for ten Minutes, three times a day is very good for respiratory and lung functions.

Ingredients : Grapeseed Oil, Clove, Lemon, Rosemary, Cinnamon and Eucalyptus.
